Terms of Service
The service
An AI receptionist (calls, website chat, texts, email) and CRM. AI answers can be wrong; you are responsible for the business information you give the assistant and for reviewing leads and appointments it creates.
Your responsibilities
- Follow the laws that apply to your calls and messages, including consent for recording and texting (for example TCPA and state recording laws in the USA, CASL and privacy law in Canada).
- Only text people who contacted you or agreed to receive texts; honour STOP requests (the service does this automatically).
- Keep your login secure and tell us about unauthorised use.
Fees
Plan fees are charged monthly in advance; usage above your plan is charged from your prepaid balance at the published rates. When the balance reaches zero the AI assistant pauses until you top up. Prepaid balance is valid for 12 months after your last top-up, whether paid by card or a credit added by us (any new top-up renews the whole balance for another 12 months); we email you 30 days before it expires, and unused balance is then forfeited and not refundable. We may change plan prices, allowances and usage rates (for example AI call, chat, SMS and email rates) at our discretion; we email you before a change applies, and it applies from your next billing period or top-up. Setup fees are non-refundable once work starts. You can cancel at the end of any month.
Data
You own your customer data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and delete it on request or after your account closes.
Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service is uninterrupted. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. We are not liable for lost business caused by missed calls, AI errors or third-party outages.
Changes
We may update these terms and prices with 30 days' notice by email.
